A few simple points about asking Electric Car Help to introduce a specialist.

What Electric Car Help does

Electric Car Help provides general EV information and is developing an introduction service. A request is not a quote or confirmed booking, and availability or a response time cannot yet be guaranteed. We will confirm the named provider and ask for your permission before passing on your details. Electric Car Help does not carry out charger installations, vehicle servicing, repairs or battery-health checks itself.

Choosing a provider

An introduction is not a recommendation that replaces your own checks. Ask the provider about qualifications, approvals, insurance, warranties, availability and the full price before agreeing to any work. You are free to compare other providers and do not have to proceed.

Quotes and contracts

Any quote, survey, appointment, work or warranty is supplied under the selected provider's own terms. Prices may change once the provider understands the vehicle, property, electrical supply or work required.

Referral fees

Electric Car Help may receive a referral fee if an enquiry is accepted or if you proceed. This will not remove your right to compare other options or decide not to continue.
